A Stoneware salt cellar with a matt white glaze. This salt bowl is individually hand crafted, thrown on a potter's wheel and fired in gas kiln. Due to the processes and glazes used, each item is a one off.

The wooden spoon was hand carved from seasoned Cherry wood using traditional techniques and hand tools. The wooden lid is also made from Cherry wood and was turned on a lathe to achieve the perfect fit for the bowl. They are both finished with a food safe wood butter made from coconut oil, linseed oil and beeswax.

This container could also be used for jam, honey or sugar.
