Join us for a day in our North London Studio to learn how to carve a wooden spoon. You will learn which tools to use and how to handle the knives in a safe and effective way. Then choose from a variety of seasoned wood blanks (a pre-prepared piece of wood) to transform into a spoon to take home! All tools and materials are supplied.  We will also advise you on which simple tools to buy to carry on with this beautiful craft.

The course runs from 10:00 – 4:00pm. Included in the course price is a simple vegetarian lunch, home baked cake and as much tea/coffee you need!

This course has a small group size and you will get plenty of personal assistance and attention. No previous woodworking experience is needed.
